ALOHA GENTLEMEN’S COLLECTIVE - GUIDING THE NEXT WAVE OF GENTLEMEN.
Grounded in respect, humility, service, and aloha.
Our Mission
To mentor and raise up the next generation of young men in Hawaiʻi through the intentional modeling of what it means to be a true gentleman: grounded
in respect, humility, service, and aloha. We believe the art of being a gentleman is not outdated, it’s essential. And it’s time to bring it back.
About
The Aloha Gentlemen’s Collective was born from the heartfelt vision of Naomi Hazelton, a mother and business leader who felt a strong urge to revive the lost art of true gentlemenhood by focusing on the upcoming generation of young men. Inspired by the meaningful moments she shares with her son, Ryan, teaching him the traditions, manners, and quiet strength of a genuine gentleman, she established this initiative to provide young men with real-life mentorship rooted in respect, humility, service, and aloha. Grounded in values once cherished by grandfathers, the AGC highlights the significance of being present, making eye contact, listening attentively, showing kindness to women, children, and kūpuna, and carrying oneself with confidence and integrity. Naomi’s vision is to nurture thoughtful, grounded leaders who uplift their families and communities, merging timeless character and etiquette with the spirit of Hawai‘i to cultivate strong men for the future.
