What’s a non-negotiable in your daily routine?
A 3-minute cold plunge at Studio 7 of course! It’s better than a cup of coffee. Clears my head, gets me present, and sets the tone for the day. No better way to start a day!
What’s one moment in business that’s stuck with you?
There’ve been so many but what always hits me is seeing people heal. Whether it’s recovering from injury, reducing chronic pain, mental health being restored—watching that transformation is so rewarding. That is the whole purpose and mission of Studio 7—to offer holistic remedies to improve physical, mental, and therefore spiritual health.
Who or what keeps you grounded when life gets hectic?
Jesus. My faith keeps me steady when things get chaotic, reminding me I’m not in control but I’m held. There is a purpose and a plan. That perspective keeps me both ambitious and at peace.
What’s something people always ask you for advice on?
Two things. First, how to be healthy, get in shape, what to eat, what workouts to do. I think people overcomplicate it. Eat real food (not processed), get good sleep, get outside in the sun, and move your body. Start there.
Second, how to turn an idea into something real. Whether it’s a brand, business, or experience, people often ask how I built Studio 7 from scratch. We’re still new to this but I think the key was stepping out in faith. The only way to fail is not trying. Go all in, or don’t do it at all. And stay close to your “why.”
What’s one community initiative you’re passionate about?
Studio 7 Run Club! We started doing our run club a little over a year ago to simply bring people together and create a space for a community rooted in health and wellness. It is hard to put into words how beautiful it is to see over 100 people every week of all backgrounds, ages, and fitness levels show up to move, meet, and push themselves (or go for a walk with a new friend). There are no egos, no pressure—just support and good energy. Post-run, people stay for sauna and cold plunge, treats, sometimes live music, games, etc. If you have not been, it is true you are missing out.
What’s your side hustle or creative outlet?
I’ve been building an electrolyte / supplement company (quietly) with a close friend. I cannot share too much just yet but it’s gonna be the healthiest, most exciting electrolyte to ever hit the market. Fueling hydration and elevating how you feel, naturally.
How did you first get into it? Was it intentional or accidental?
I’m deeply passionate about health, wellness, and what I put into my body. I truly believe we’re creating a better-for-you product. One that’s not only clean and effective but also fun, exciting, and community-driven. This brand has the potential to bring people together, spark real connection, and live beyond just a supplement. I’m genuinely excited about what’s coming.
What is it you created that you are most proud of?
Studio 7 Hawaii. It started as a vision: A space where people could heal, recover, connect, and grow. Now it’s real. It’s alive. And the impact it’s had on people’s lives, health, and community has been more than I ever imagined.
