What’s your “elevator pitch” and very briefly share what your company or organization does?
Aloha Ladies Social Club is a free community group dedicated to empowering women, uplifting local businesses, giving back to nonprofits, and transforming lives within our community. What began as a space for women to connect and encourage one another has blossomed into a movement impacting the greater community on multiple levels.
We inspire our community to thrive while providing opportunities to bring women together, creating meaningful connections and providing opportunities for lasting change, inspiring women to rise together. Every initiative we do is fueled by aloha, community, and purpose.
What inspired you to dedicate yourself to empowering women and serving your community?
My inspiration comes from a deep desire to serve and uplift others. I saw a need to create a space where women could feel connected, supported, and empowered to pursue their dreams. Along the way, I recognized the opportunity to also elevate local businesses and strengthen nonprofits, and by weaving these together, we could create lasting change that touches not just individuals, but the community as a whole.
The joy of seeing women flourish, small businesses thrive, and families supported through non-profit partnerships motivates me every day. To date, I’ve supported over 100 local businesses, raised thousands for local non-profits, helped mobilize hundreds of volunteers, and built a trusted community rooted in connection, hope, and lots of fun.
Everything Aloha Ladies does is aloha in action, creating a movement of unity, empowerment, and impact. We can change lives which fuels my mission and it’s that sense of purpose that continues to inspire everything I do. Every effort I make is focused on creating a lasting positive change and the belief one person’s passion can ignite waves of change that touch
hundreds of lives.
How do you define your purpose and what advice would you share with young professionals who aspire to create an impact?
Purpose, to me, is rooted in faith and service. When you ignite change through meaningful connections, empowering others, and stay committed to what’s right, you build something greater than yourself. I believe when we lift up and help others around us, we will rise. True impact comes from consistent effort, a genuine desire to help others, and the courage to start right where you are even when the path isn’t clear yet.
My advice is simple: Lead with heart, stay persistent, and dare to build something greater beyond yourself. Surround yourself with people who inspire, challenge, and support you. Give back without expectation of anything, and always stay grounded in faith, because when your work is done with love and for the good of others, blessings and growth will always follow.
How do you envision your leadership continuing to make an impact in the community?
I see my leadership as the ability to create opportunities, serve others with a purpose, empower women to achieve more than they imagined, and turning vision into action. I want to continue to expand initiatives that empower women, strengthen small businesses, and mobilize volunteers to create positive momentum across all the Hawaiian Islands.
I truly believe impact is measured in people empowered, opportunities created, and the energy we ignite in our community. To date I’ve supported over 100 local businesses, helped mobilize hundreds of volunteers, and led initiatives that inspire women to step into leadership and service of their own. I want the Aloha Ladies model to serve as an example for other island communities, that through collaboration, generosity, and connection, we can drive meaningful
change. My vision is to cultivate a culture of service and empowerment, leaving behind communities that are stronger, more connected, and thriving in aloha.
What legacy do you hope to build as a young professional and community leader and what does it mean to you?
Legacy, to me, is defined by the lives I touch and the positive contribution I give wholeheartedly to my community. I want to be known as someone who leads with heart and faith, who empowers women, inspires community-wide change, and strengthens our community through aloha and service. For me, it begins with my daughter, who I hope will see that leadership isn’t about personal success, but about living with purpose and giving selflessly.
It is an honor to share my story and hopefully inspire others to see the power of giving, leading, and creating connection. I am grateful for the opportunity to uplift others, amplify
local voices, and continue building a stronger, more inclusive, and thriving community, one filled with aloha, hope, and endless possibility.
Quotes from me:
“One woman’s passion can spark a movement that changes hundreds of lives.”
“When generosity, connection, and aloha come together, real transformation happens in our
community.”
