If you could swap jobs with anyone in the world for one day, who would it be and why?
I would swap places with a Pilot. It is the only job where you can be in one part of the world and then another all in a day’s work.
What inspires you or is most exciting about your job, business, and industry, and what are the biggest challenges?
The most inspiring is the deep connections formed on multiple levels—the lasting relationships, the strong partnerships built along the way, and the dedicated team that strives to give their best every day.
What were some important turning points in your career that helped you attain your current position?
A few of the turning points included working through the transition from a mom and pop operation to a corporate organization; second, it was balancing the demands of the job and demands of family life—finding a happy medium to be dedicated to both and still be able to manage; and last, realizing it’s just people behind the title—getting past the superficial.
What’s your go-to song or playlist that gets you motivated for a busy day?
I would say lately it’s been Happy Radio Station on Pandora.
In a workplace that demands your utmost, what do you do for self-care?
I enjoy running to let my mind run free and secondly, embrace the silent moments of thought.

Do you believe people are at the whim of destiny, or can they create it themselves?
Destiny is what you create. When you put good into the universe, it returns the favor. Embrace the unexpected, trust the journey, and know that everything happens for a reason. Seize every opportunity, shape your path with strength, build your character with grace and from what I was always told growing up playing sports, “leave it all on the field……no regrets.”
What have you created that you are most proud of?
Most proud of my family that I share part in creating and shaping. We are a team, a unit, learning and growing together every day, never perfect, but perfectly imperfect.
