If you could swap jobs with anyone in the world for one day, who would it be and why?
If I could swap jobs with anyone for a day, I’d probably choose to be an astronaut in space looking down at the Earth. It would be exhilarating and humbling to see and know the enormity of space and cool to see Earth’s beauty from space.
What inspires you or is most exciting about your job, business, and industry, and what are the biggest challenges?
I am inspired by people, their personalities. I love helping people but also inspired by progress, I love that in real estate we develop and manage new buildings for demand and also preserve old. That is exciting and inspiring to me that we respect history as we form the future.
Biggest Challenges: People again. That, may be a client looking for a management company or a client looking for housing, an amazing array of personalities to work with.
What were some important turning points in your career that helped you attain your current position?
It’s time really, along with raising a family. I wanted to use my education and skills. Moving from marketing to finance was major, which led me to explore different industries like media, F&B, retail, and real estate.

In a workplace that demands your utmost, what do you do for self-care?
I love working in an environment and workplace that is demanding. I love wearing multiple hats, I’m never bored. As for self-care, I love eating lunch in our lunchroom with our
team/friends. That may be 15 minutes or an hour but it is the perfect boost you need. I love our team camaraderie.
What’s one moment that you wish you could rewind and replay 100 times?
Meeting my husband was literally the most important moment that shaped my life.
What has been your greatest struggle?
I have a very hard time saying no. I would rather suffer than have others suffer so I try my best to help everyone resolve issues and accomplish more.
Do you believe people are at the whim of destiny, or can they create it themselves?
It is in our own hands to create. The universe helps those who are hardworking and put effort into achieving what they want.
